To add a new page, simply click the box empty Speed Dial and Opera will offer suggestions based on history and bookmark the web address you are visiting. You also can change the Speed Dial as needed. Click the Configure button and select Speed Dial 4-25 favorite Web sites for faster access of each opening a new tab. You can also add a background image to make it more personal feel.
